About Me
From a young age, I was deeply involved in sports like cricket and kho-kho, which built my foundation in physical fitness. I first stepped into a gym after SSC and gradually developed a passion for weight training. Despite intense activity, I struggled to gain weight, which sparked my curiosity about how exercise affects the body.
A shoulder injury during college, caused by poor technique, kept me away from training for over two years. That experience motivated me to learn proper exercise science, leading me to earn my ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification.
Since 2013, I’ve worked in the fitness industry, helping people achieve long-term health goals through evidence-based training. Realizing that exercise alone isn’t enough, I pursued an M.Sc. in Dietetics and Food Service Management to deepen my knowledge of nutrition.
Today, I combine academic expertise and real-world experience to guide clients with practical, sustainable fitness and nutrition strategies. I remain committed to learning and evolving—especially in kinesiology and sports nutrition—to better support others on their wellness journey.
